PROFESSIONAL 5 BLACK

WELDYX PROFESSIONAL BLACK is a high-performance adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals, composites and plastics and is available in processing times of 5 and 15 minutes. The 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesive in a mixing ratio of 10:1 is suitable for strong, flexible and highly resistant bonds.

The product features have been tailored to the application areas of rail, truck, marine and transport. By testing according to DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and meeting the fire protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX PROFESSIONAL BLACK meets the requirements for rail vehicles with a high hazard class. The ISEGA DECLARATION OF SAFETY certification proves that WELDYX PROFESSIONAL BLACK can be used safely for bonding components made of plastics and metals that are used in food-related areas. Due to its flexibility, materials with different thermal expansion coefficients can also be structurally bonded. The use of primers is not necessary – this saves time and money.
