Krytox GPL 227

Krytox™ GPL 227 is a high performance grease with corrosion protection additive . It has outstanding chemical, thermal and mechanical properties. Krytox™ GPL 227 is highly resistant to temperature and extreme pressure, non-flammable and incombustible. The extremely temperature and pressure resistant Krytox™ GPL 227 is oxygen compatible, chemically inert and resistant to aggressive chemicals. Compared to conventional lubricants, Krytox™ GPL 227 offers a significantly longer service life, higher stability and greater reliability. Krytox™ GPL 227 does not migrate even at high temperatures, is silicone- and chlorine-free and does not release volatile organic compounds (VOC) into the atmosphere.
The fluorinated oils and greases of the Krytox™ series are preferably used where complete non-flammability, oxygen compatibility and resistance to aggressive chemicals are desired.
Krytox™ GPL 227 is insoluble in conventional solvents. Special solvents are required for diluting, cleaning and removing Krytox™ products.
