Costelan C DBAA 619 is a VOC and APEO free, non-ionic fluorosurfactant. It is compatible with additives and resins of any ionic class and provides low surface tension in aqueous and solvent-based products. Costelan C DBAA 619 provides an enormous wetting power even in very low concentrations. It contains no solvents, therefore it is an effective additive for organic polymers, detergents, adhesives, films, as well as solvent-based and water-soluble paints and varnishes. Costelan C DBAA 619 is stable in acidic, basic and saline solutions as well as in hard water.
